Safety
The safety of our employees is more than just a priority to us. Our employees are part of the RoCal family and as such, are entitled to all the same security and safety measures we want for ourselves. A safe working environment is essential when working with something as volatile and dangerous as electrical systems, and so we take all the necessary measures to ensure an injury or risk-free work environment.
We work from the ground up to ensure every member of our team—from site managers to electricians—follow comprehensive safety rules and regulations to prevent chances of injury or death in their line of duty. It is our responsibility to ensure our employees make it home in the same condition they arrived in in the morning, and we take this responsibility seriously.
